Zaatra Coffee-House

Through the eyes of Saleh, the café bartender we live out breathtaking stories, taking place in Jerusalem in the sixties.

There are four basic species of coffee shop goers are Politicians, academics, merchants, and tribal elders.

Through the play we ask about our ancient ways of life, which leave us confused, wondering: Was our fathers, right?

Are we somehow a product of what happened in the past, or have we deviated from the path our ancestors followed?
